Wait for their application to be approved.
Within one month of them moving in, we will give you $250 and your referral a $500 gift card!

*Please note that the referral program only applies to new tenants who do not currently live at The Beacon or have already signed a lease contract. Rewards are only paid out once your referral signs a lease and moves into The Beacon. We reserve the right to change or cancel the Referral Program at any time, without notice.
